UNVEX is postponed to 6, 7 and 8 of October

Given the situation generated by the expansion of COVID-19 and the measurements the Spanish Government has taken, the organizers of UNVEX 2020 have decided to postpone the celebration of its tenth edition. Although scheduled for June, the event will finally take place on the 6th, 7th and 8th of October in Cidade da Cultura of Santiago de Compostela.

The organizers, following the authorities recommendations and observing that the international scene follows the same line of action, have decided to postpone the dates a few months in order to guarantee the sponsors, exhibitors, delegates and visitors the best conditions for the development of the event and a satisfying participation.

It is trusted that with this decision sponsors and exhibitors will be able to adequately prepare their assistance and assure the participation of national and foreign speakers.

The UNVEX team continues working remotely to solve any doubts that may arise due to this postponement. In addition, it keeps in touch with all its collaborators to provide an even better UNVEX on these new dates.

UNVEX 2020 will be one of the first events in the sector held after the sanitary crisis generated by COVID-19, a crisis in which the notoriety of drones has been boosted due to their use by the State Security and Defense Forces.

The applications of drones for surveillance and disinfection activities, requested as well for transportation and the sanitary system, has generated knowledge and experience, topics targeted during the conferences of UNVEX 2020. Their application in public services, the highlight of this edition, is going to be analyzed and debated without a doubt.
